Celtic Fiddler Cady Finlayson & Padraig Allen Bring Spirited Irish music to Connecticut
Trumbull, CA (PRWEB) February 15, 2006 -- On Saturday March 18th at 7 p.m., Irish singer Padraig Allen joins celtic fiddler Cady Finlayson for a show of toe-tapping Irish fiddle tunes and beautiful ballads. The show is part of the church’s 175th Anniversary Concert Season, and follows their monthly Spaghetti Supper.

About Cady Finlayson
From her Irish fiddle show in the U.S. Virgin Islands, to her Carnegie Hall appearance for the NYPD Memorial Concert, Cady Finlayson has brought her spirited Irish fiddling to 25 states, performing at venues which include the Jacob Javits Center, New York’s Town Hall, and the Slainte Irish Festival. Her latest CD, Harp and Shamrock, celebrates her love of traditional Irish music with American folk and world music influences. The music from Harp and Shamrock is also featured in upcoming Irish baseball film,“The Emerald Diamond”.
Cady’s recording credits include Irish film “Snakes and Ladders”, an Irish aerobics DVD and CDs by artists including Pierce Turner and the Police Pipes and Drums of Bergen County.
