New Release Claims to Change the Shape of Christian Music
Kailaua-Kona, HI (PRWEB) July 25, 2008 -- A new Christian album being touted by its distributor as "unlike anything you've heard before" is on its way to the retail market. He is Here, the latest release from Walk of Faith Productions LLC, is scheduled to hit the shelves on August 15, 2008. With a new vocalist, Rosalina Vega, who some are calling the next singing sensation, and the piano and orchestration of Michael Andrews, pianist for the television series It is Written, He is Here includes four never-before-heard songs along with some different arrangements of a few well known Christian hymns.
"This is a project that has been in the making for nearly four years," says Arnie Suntag, the album's executive producer. "I have never been involved in a project with more heartfelt effort and earnest prayer than this one," he says. "What happened in the recording studio is something that the entire team will never forget - it was nothing short of miraculous." Suntag went on to say that proceeds from sales of the CD will go toward a variety of ministry efforts, including a health recovery program in Hawaii.
"The most amazing aspect of this album is the humility of those involved," says Suntag. "For instance, Rosalina and her family have a ministry that reaches out to the homeless and needy. Their lives are devoted to serving others. It is their hope, as well as ours, that the new style introduced in He is Here will reach the hearts of those who are struggling with their faith and the challenges that life often brings."
Described by its distributor as "love songs to the Lord," He is Here contains ten tracks including four songs that are bilingual. The new songs have lyrics similar to traditional hymns, but with what some have described as movie soundtrack orchestration.
"He is Here is already generating quite a bit of attention," says Suntag. "Audiences that have heard the CD have been truly moved by the music."
